Le Petit Trésor is an exclusive private riad located in the heart of Marrakech's historic Medina, just a 2–3 minute walk from the famous Jemaa el-Fna square. Tucked away in a peaceful pedestrian street next to Riad Zitoun El Kdim, it offers the perfect combination of tranquility and easy access to the city's vibrant attractions, restaurants, markets, and cultural landmarks.
Rebuilt in 2012 across more than 250 m² and beautifully renovated in 2021, the riad blends contemporary European comfort with authentic Moroccan design. The entire property is reserved exclusively for you and your group, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay, regardless of the number of guests (up to 7). There are no shared spaces or other guests.
Upon entering, you'll find the staircase leading to the upper floors and the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Koutoubia Mosque, the Atlas Mountains, and the rooftops of Marrakech. On the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen overlooks the private plunge pool, while the traditional Berber lounge can be converted into a third bedroom for up to two additional guests with either a double bed or two single beds. The first floor features a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, as well as a smaller single bedroom with its own shower, ideal for a teenager or solo traveler. The second floor is home to the spacious Africa Suite, offering a large TV, an open fireplace, and an elegant bathroom with both a freestanding bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.
The riad is fully equipped with fast central Wi-Fi and air conditioning (heating and cooling) in every room, providing comfort throughout the year. Breakfast and private chef services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee, allowing you to enjoy authentic meals on the rooftop terrace or in the elegant living area.
The entire riad is exclusively yours during your stay, with access to every room and facility. Our local team is always available to assist you and ensure a memorable experience in Marrakech.
To respect your privacy, the property is discreetly checked daily and professionally cleaned every three days. If you plan to invite additional visitors during your stay, please inform Mustapha, our local host, in advance. Changes of towels and bed linen depend on the length of your stay and may incur an additional charge. We kindly ask all guests to use the facilities responsibly and help us preserve resources for a more sustainable stay.
