Riad Royal Koubba is a refined historic riad located in the heart of Marrakech, just 500 metres from the Orientalist Museum of Marrakech and within walking distance of the Boucharouite Museum, Le Jardin Secret, and the Mouassine Museum.
Housed in a 1920 historic building formerly owned by the El Mansouri family, the riad has preserved its majestic volumes and high ceilings over the years. The careful restoration highlights the harmony of traditional Moroccan materials, colors, and atmospheres, offering guests a unique immersion into Morocco’s social and political history, enriched by elements inspired by the artistic career of the owner.
The riad is offered exclusively, ensuring complete privacy with no other guests on the premises. Guests have full access to all areas of the property and may rely on the attentive staff for any assistance throughout their stay.
Riad Royal Koubba offers a wide range of facilities, including a year-round outdoor swimming pool, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a shared lounge, a bar, a restaurant, a shared kitchen, room service, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. A buffet, à la carte, or vegetarian breakfast is served daily. The restaurant features Italian and Moroccan cuisine, with vegetarian, lactose-free, and halal options available upon request.
Each suite tells its own unique story, inspired by Morocco’s heritage and designed with care. The accommodations are air-conditioned and feature private terraces or fireplaces, a desk, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, safe, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort.
The reception team speaks Arabic, English, French, and Italian and is available at any time to assist guests. The riad is located 6 km from Marrakech-Menara Airport, with a paid airport shuttle service available upon request.
For the comfort of all, guests are kindly reminded that it is strictly forbidden to disturb neighbors after 11:00 p.m., and unregistered visitors are not permitted inside the property.
