Riad Koubba Located in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech, Riad Koubba is a peaceful oasis offering an authentic and intimate experience, just steps away from the Orientalist Museum of Marrakech, the Boucharouite Museum, and Le Jardin Secret. Other iconic landmarks such as the Mouassine Museum, Jemaa el-Fna Square, and the Koutoubia Mosque are also within easy reach.
Riad Koubba was born from a deep love and passion for architecture, local craftsmanship, and flea markets, where unique pieces can still be discovered and brought back to life to create spaces with a true soul. This philosophy allows every guest who walks through our doors to enjoy a genuine and inspiring Moroccan experience. Designed to welcome travelers from all over the world—design lovers, creatives, dreamers, and adventurers—the riad offers a haven of calm in the vibrant Medina of Marrakech.
The riad covers a total area of approximately 250 m². On the ground floor, guests will find a traditional patio, a living room with a fireplace, and several comfortable relaxation areas. The first floor features a balcony overlooking the patio and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor, the fourth bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom, a private terrace, and access to a large rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, where guests can relax under the pergola or enjoy the Moroccan sun.
Riad Koubba features an outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge, a restaurant, and a bar, as well as a 24-hour reception, airport transfer service, a shared kitchen, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a wardrobe, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, safe, flat-screen TV, private terrace, and a private bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided.
A continental, vegetarian, or halal breakfast is served daily. Housekeeping and breakfast services are taken care of by our staff. For dinner, guests may also enjoy delicious takeaway meals from Limoni restaurant, located less than one minute’s walk from the riad, to be enjoyed in the comfort of the property.
The riad is rented exclusively, ensuring full privacy with no other guests on-site. All rooms are accessible to guests, and our staff is available during the day to assist with any needs. The kitchen is primarily for staff use; however, guests may use it upon request.
For the comfort of all, guests are kindly reminded that it is strictly forbidden to make noise after 11:00 p.m., and unregistered visitors are not permitted inside the riad.
